Open to new ideas, on the lookout for unusual ideas and making the impossible possible for customers - that is what characterizes entrepreneur Andreas Müssauer. His latest creation is handmade chocolate, which he produces in collaboration with regional producers. Products and raw materials from the Waldviertler granite distillery and the Schrems brewery, for example, are used.

Müssauer only produces according to the following guiding principle: use of products and raw materials from local farmers and producers (e.g. Waldviertler Granit distillery, Schrems brewery and many more), no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no colorings and no flavor enhancers. Bread made from natural sourdough is also produced in the small, fine confectionery bakery.

The poppy seed Wuzler are also popular. In a chocolate shell, the original confectionery encloses the delicately melting truffle cream made from gray poppy seeds, chocolate and caramel, refined with a unique poppy seed brandy. The café confectionery invites you to linger and enjoy.
