Chef Karin personally sets the tone for our good cuisine. Down-to-earth dishes are cooked in her pots and pans. The ingredients for the dishes are sourced from local farms. In this way, we promote local agriculture and at the same time we know exactly where the food comes from. Seasonal dishes are our main focus. We only want the best on the table for our guests.
