A "Pasta Drive In" (pick-up station) is located directly at the production facility in Straß, which is always filled with fresh pasta from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30 to 22:00. Ravioli filled with all kinds of delicacies: Doris Wasserburger's homemade pasta is a convincing alternative to loveless industrial products. The pasta dough is made from durum wheat semolina (grano duro), which Doris Wasserburger sources from a local mill. A wide network of farms and friends supplies vegetables, cheese, eggs and meat from the region.

The fillings are creative, sometimes idiosyncratic, but always unique: mascarpone and gorgonzola, leek and bacon, carrot and ginger, black pudding and apple ... varied, original recipe ideas that offer something for every taste. Fresh pasta and delicious gnocchi have become one of the attractions at weekly markets in Krems and the surrounding area, as well as Vienna and St. Pölten.
