Our unique location offers you the opportunity to relax in absolute peace and quiet away from streets, stores, ... and at the same time enjoy the flair and life of the old town after a short walk. The name is derived from the nearby water buffalo pasture in the Lainsitzau.
Rooms
We offer you two comfortable and new rooms with double bed (one room in the twin room version possible on request / one room also has a comfortable pull-out couch for 1-2 persons), private bathroom and toilet in the surroundings of a modern house (opening 2023). The room also has TV (SAT programs) and free W-LAN. Towels are of course provided for the duration of your stay. There is also a fridge in the room.
As we are a non-smoking house, smoking is not permitted in the entire house. It is also not permitted to bring pets.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am at the latest.
