Route description Schafsteg, Green 1 - Xundwärts route Groß Gerungs

The hike leads from the Cardiovascular Center Groß Gerungs through the Xundwärts course (Motorikpark®) towards Hypolz. Before Hypolz, the path turns right and over the Schafsteg (bridge over the Zwettlbach) again turns right along the forest path. Take the next bridge over the Zwettlbach again. Two short steeper climbs lead back to the Cardiovascular Center Groß Gerungs.

Surface: mostly natural ground, only a few meters of asphalt

Coming from St. Pölten via S33 to Krems, continuing via B37 and B38 to Zwettl and via B38 to Groß Gerungs.

Coming from Vienna via A22 and S5 to Krems, continuing via B37 and B38 to Zwettl and via B38 to Groß Gerungs.

Coming from the west via A1 to Linz, continuing on A7 and S10 to Freistadt, B38 to Karlstift, B38 to Groß Gerungs.
