Weingut Baumgartner

Two brothers with exciting ideas. We, Bernd and Karl Baumgartner, are at home in Gobelsburg in Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German) in Lower Austria, one of Austria's best-known wine-growing regions. It is mainly white wines of international standing that mature here - above all Grüne Veltliner and Riesling. We cultivate around 20 hectares of vineyards on our estate, which are located around Gobelsburg and Zöbing on the sunny southern slopes of the Heiligenstein. Thanks to its unique soils, this mountain ridge is considered one of the best Riesling sites in Europe.
