My wines tell of the many facets of the Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German), the rolling hills, the forests of the Waldviertel and the soils of the stony terraces. Their taste combines the contrasts that have a positive effect on the grape: the climate, which is rich in contrasts, of sun and wind, of the soil. Here in the Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German) is the special place where our grapes grow and thrive. And here, at the Bruno Kirschbaum winery, we combine the character of all influences so that you can enjoy a piece of Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" German). Viticulture has been with me since I was a child. I grew up surrounded by nature, learned the trade from my parents and took it on. Tradition plays a major role, but we are not afraid of new ideas and innovation. You will find these qualities in my wines. Naturalness and careful processing of the grapes is the top priority - this allows my grapes to mature and develop their own special personality.
