Nature sets the tone. As close to nature as possible, as flexible as necessaryFor us as winegrowers, nature is both a valuable partner and an important teacher. Even though we have been working with it for five generations, it presents us with new challenges every year. Only healthy soil and healthy vines can produce the best grapes. It is our job to support and protect nature with our farming activities. In our winery, we prefer to do things ourselves. This applies to the manual work in the vineyard and the careful vinification, but especially to the experiences that make us and our wines even better. Our vines grow on 15 hectares around Langenlois - a relatively small area for the region. This allows us to pay all the more attention to artisanal viticulture and the individual care of our vineyards.
