Description

We have been growing wine in our family business for generations. Since 1978 we have concentrated solely on viticulture and since then we have been able to reach our current size. I joined the business in 1991. My father retired in 1995 and I became the farm manager. The quality of the wine begins in the vineyard, which is why we pay attention to this when pruning the vines. The pruning has the task of "optimally dividing the shoots". The second important thing during the vegetation period is foliage work, which is mostly done by hand.
