Weingut Steinschaden Schiltern

Working vineyards in harmony with nature is the goal of the young cellar master Manfred Steinschaden and his family. The 18-hectare family winery is located in the wine and garden village of Schiltern near Langenlois. Manfred and Hans Steinschaden attach great importance to state-of-the-art cellar technology combined with manual vineyard work, such as intensive foliage work and volume regulation. Gentle processing of the grapes and controlled fermentation result in high-quality, tasty wines with unique bouquets. The varietal mineral wines grow in the Fahnberg, Käferberg, Dechant and Muckental vineyards.
