Blumendorf Ebergersch
Description
The floral splendor of the village of Ebergersch has received special recognition in the state-wide "Blooming Lower Austria" campaign. The village was the winner of the "Smallest Municipality Competition 2009".
The houses are decorated with flower boxes and all the front gardens are adorned with tasteful and varied flower and shrub arrangements. Every niche and the embankments are planted and cared for in this village.
The village center is dominated by the fire water tank, which is also used for bathing. It is surrounded by a sea of flowers and flowering plants. In the summer months until September, Ebergersch is dressed in a blooming dress.
This well-kept and friendly place is well worth including in an excursion. Ebergersch lies to the side of the B 37 (Krems-Zwettl-Straße) not far from the road from Gföhl to Ottenschlag, around 3 km from Lichtenau.
