Description
Hardegg Castle towers majestically on a rock above the smallest town in Austria, the town of Hardegg. At 600 meters in circumference, the castle is one of the largest fortifications in Lower Austria.
The castle was open to visitors until 2021, when the gates closed until they were reopened to the public in 2025.
