Arbesbach Blacksmith Museum - Revitalized hammer mill

The hammer forge in Kamp near Arbesbach is still fully functional. When the water wheels start up and the hammer strikes the anvil for the first time, you feel like you've been transported back to the last century. The original replica or restored water wheels, up to 3.4 m in diameter, operate various machines such as a cold iron saw, a drill, a grindstone and an emerizing machine in addition to the hammer.
