Description
In a former ribbon factory, an exhibition has been created on an area of around 600 m² with approx. 1000 exhibits, which takes you through the history of textile production in the Waldviertel in various stations. Particular highlights are the faithfully reconstructed weaver's house and the functioning transmission system used to operate the large looms and textile machines. Learn all about the work steps in ribbon production as well as interesting facts about the history of weaving in the "Bandlkramerlandl".
