"WALDWÄRTS" The Waldviertel beckons to the north! With fresh air and seminars into nature and onto the stage. Welcome to the 24th Summer Academy in Motten from May 16 to September 7, 2025.
This year, we are once again delighted to recommend valuable new offers. The themes of pure nature, art and stage, cultural and adventure trips, themed hikes, readings and joie de vivre are all on offer this year. Join us for a dance workshop "Latin Love" with Ms. Anke Obermayer. Also included are the Waldviertel activity days "BURN elementar!" with Dr. Alf Kraulitz and 14 seminar leaders, which will bring many exciting things with them.
New to the program this year is the concert "Paul Dangl's Fretless" with the group FRETLESS. As well as a sculpture workshop - the creation of stone sculptures or a cultural/nature trip Mostviertel with Dr. Alf Krauliz & Mag.a Petra Wild. We are particularly looking forward to the cultural tour to gardens and castles in South Bohemia on a new route with Ing.in Martina Petrová & Dr. Alf Krauliz.
The opening on June 18, 2025 with music, cabaret and a lecture stands for "Economy with/versus Ecology" with a lecture by KR Christof Kartner, followed by world music by Großmütterchen Hatz and Löbe as well as cabaret with Leo Lukas and Lore Li.
Off to Motten! Where the trees are upside down and the hammocks sway in the landscape. We are very proud of our seminar leaders, artists and staff and are very grateful to our supporters and sponsors.
