All breads are made with natural sourdough and, like the pastries, are given a long time to mature. Like good wine and cheese, bread also needs time to mature in order to develop its full flavor. Long dough resting times improve not only the taste, but also the good digestibility of the bread in a natural way.

We bake our bread exclusively with our own natural sourdough. The natural sourdough determines the individual taste of the bread through its recipe and resting time and significantly improves its freshness.

Baking as if for family or friends, that is my claim. Great taste, appealing appearance, healthy ingredients, wholesomeness, daily efforts to make it even better. The sum of the little things!
