We have been a family business since 1920 and traditionally produce our baked goods and confectionery on site in our bakery by hand and without mechanical processing.

We always work sustainably with our own natural sourdoughs and do not use any additives or preservatives.

True to our motto "Baking enjoyment you have to have", we have constantly tried to expand our range and our product range, but above all we work every day to maintain the outstanding quality of RIEDERICH baked goods.
