The family business, now in its third generation, sources its raw products from farmers and suppliers in the region. Whether it's roast pork according to grandmother's recipe, fluffy Waldviertel dumplings, homemade desserts or poppy seed specialties: the down-to-earth, fresh dishes will win over gourmets young and old. The junior chef personally conjures up new dishes time and time again. It tastes particularly good in the garden when the weather is nice - under the large apple tree.
