The traditional Waldviertel inn Graselwirt focuses on traditional values, on the tried and tested and the new.
It is not only in the kitchen that we play with the mix of tradition and further development. The menu includes well-known, classic dishes as well as new variations. We source our products regionally.

We have received several awards for our fresh food preparation and use of regional ingredients.
We do not use ready-made products and produce all our dishes in-house.
Flour and desserts also come from our own production.
