In addition to honest, regional and homemade enjoyment, the two hosts Uwe and Thomas want to offer their guests a place to slow down and relax. The kühstein.HAUS combines a panorama with beautiful vineyards, a view of the famous Heiligenstein and a picture-perfect sunset on balmy summer nights.
The hosts combine this symbiosis of nature with down-to-earth inn cuisine, classic wine tavern dishes and new interpretations from the tavern kitchen. Traditional dishes are even smoked in the hotel's own smokehouse. But it's not just meat lovers who will enjoy the food, fish lovers and guests who prefer vegetarian cuisine are sure to find something to delight their taste buds. The menu offers classic dishes as well as a fresh and varied selection, with a strong focus on the region and the season.
An extensive range of drinks is also available to guests. From juices from the region to easy-drinking beer and coffee to round off the meal. And of course, wine is definitely not neglected. Alongside the culinary delights, the wine list is a matter close to the hearts of the two hosts. It covers the entire region with all its facets, but also provides variety and contrasting tastes.
