The 3-room maisonette apartment (approx. 100m2) with balcony is located on the second floor of a revitalized house on the historic main square in Drosendorf. From the living room and dining room/kitchen you have a direct view of the small park with old trees, the listed town hall and the Marian column. The bedroom on the upper floor faces the courtyard.
The furnishings are a mixture of furniture from England, France and Central Europe ... from Regency, Chippendale, Baroque, Biedermeier, Louis Philippe, Provençal country house furniture from the 19th century ... in harmony with 21st century IKEA furniture.
The apartment is our private home and is not furnished as a typical, sober vacation apartment. Many personal items, photos, paintings, souvenirs and decorations give the apartment a unique character.
Despite the traditional furnishings, the apartment also offers contemporary comfort:
- WLAN / WiFi Internet
- Sonos / Ikea WLAN speakers
- High-quality hi-fi system (with Vienna Acoustics speakers) with wireless music adapter for Bluetooth
However, we are "TV-free"!
Vacations in Drosendorf are attractive at any time of year. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the mystical Waldviertel and for excursions to the neighboring Czech Republic (Telc, Slavonice, Frain etc.).
The surrounding area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, swimmers, golfers, horse riders, fishermen, hunters and nature lovers.
