Apartment (1-6 persons) with a total area of 80 m². The apartment includes a double room and a family room with four beds, which can also be booked separately.

Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and equipment for 6 people), bathroom with shower and bathtub (hairdryer), anteroom, entrance area (parking space for bicycles, baby carriages, ....) with staircase (barrier-free access is possible via the terrace) and the separate WC.
All rooms have insect screens - additional external shutters in the bedrooms ensure undisturbed, restful sleep.
The central ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate and fresh air at all times.
The spacious, covered terrace invites you to relax in the great outdoors.

Thanks to our own 14.6 KWp PV system and a storage unit with a capacity of 7.7 KWh, the vacation apartment is well secured in the event of a "black-out". In addition, our guests can charge their electric car with up to 10 kW charging power (with the in-house Wattpilot).

The best Internet access is provided by fiber optic broadband with free WLAN and LAN.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire building - on the terrace, of course.
Out of consideration for our other guests, pets are not allowed.

A bread roll service is available on request. A child seat is also available if required.
