Diemschlag is located directly on the "Seebsbach cycle path", which connects to the "Thayarunde" cycle path.

Vacation apartment "Main house"

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, an anteroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dining room, a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds and a large kitchen-living room.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with daily necessities (crockery, towels, bed linen etc.). All available appliances (TV with SAT, radio with CD player, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as an iron and ironing board) can be used. Hot water is heated in an environmentally friendly way with the help of a solar system, and most of the electricity used is also produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter, the apartment is heated with a pellet central heating system.
WLAN is available free of charge.

Our guests have unrestricted use of the entire apartment, including storage space. There is also a large garden, a secluded courtyard, barbecue facilities, a table tennis table, a swing, a small wine cellar, a general store, parking spaces and WiFi (fiber optic internet). The landlord does not live on the same property, but the courtyard and garden are used and maintained by the landlord. The tenant of the other residential unit may also use the courtyard and garden.
