Frühstückspension Sonnenhof Wildkatta is a place for those seeking peace and quiet in an otherwise hectic everyday life, as well as for adventurous explorers. The house is located directly on the main square of the small village and is surrounded by protective walls. Our bed and breakfast combines comfort with a homely feel and has a charming and inviting inner courtyard, where flowers and greenery create an oasis of calm.

Weikertschlag an der Thaya has a long history as a place for summer visitors. The farm used to be a farm, smithy and wine shop, and many guests have spent their vacation here since the 1960s.

The farm has been under new ownership since 2018 and the Sonnenhof Wildkatta bed and breakfast opened in 2024. It is located directly on the main square in Weikertschlag and is surrounded by protective walls. The four guest rooms all have direct entrances from the inviting inner courtyard, were renovated in 2022-2023 and have their own toilets and showers. For guests there is a well-equipped kitchen with a reading corner and a simple outdoor kitchen where you can barbecue and chill out.

Sonnenhof Wildkatta is well suited for small group or family gatherings. Ayurvedic-inspired breakfasts available by prior arrangement. A cozy swimming area near Thaya is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a pub and the Kulturhaus 9erHaus reloaded (www.9erhaus.at) in the village.
