The old elementary school in Franzen has been specially adapted as a guest house for children and youth groups. Compact building with large creative rooms and a garden with a playground to let off steam. Beach volleyball court next to the house. Project weeks with full and half board.

The house has 2 large dormitories with a total of 30 beds, 2 sanitary facilities, 3 comfortable twin rooms, 2 comfortable four-bed rooms with shower and WC, fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, 2 dining and recreation rooms and Internet access.

Can also be rented on a self-catering basis.
