I have written a summary of the most important points about my accommodation in "Du" form.
Of course, I will be happy to address you as "you" at any time if you wish.
As my guest you will find a lovingly maintained, charismatic and very quiet accommodation.
The rooms on my farm are stylishly and invitingly furnished. There are a total of 2 bookable rooms on my farm, each with 3 adult beds and a sofa bed for children. If you would like to have the whole farm including private bathroom and private kitchen for yourself, you can book both rooms at the same time. Otherwise there is a beautiful communal bathroom with bathtub and an extravagant fully equipped communal kitchen in the outdoor area. (Fully weatherproof, of course). Don't worry, you will always find all communal areas an enrichment. Cleanliness and loving mutual interaction form the natural basis for your unforgettable vacation feeling.
The garden and several hectares of private land are at your free disposal and use. A variety of garden furniture, loungers, blankets and cushions are at your disposal. You are invited to spend your vacation on a country estate in a class of its own, where you will find various quiet places and retreats to enjoy your free time. A heated additional exercise, yoga and breakfast room is of course also included. Yoga mats, fascia rolls, balls, fitness equipment and much more are freely available.
You are also welcome to barbecue or make a campfire.
Whether you are looking for an adventure vacation with the family, just pure rest and relaxation, or an unforgettable nature experience. You've come to the right place. In the surrounding area you will find numerous natural sites that can only be found in the Waldviertel.
Bicycle rental, bread baking courses, talent coaching, clearing, guided children's adventure afternoons or dinner with homemade wood-fired pizza, (please book in advance) bread roll service or shopping service cost extra.

A little bit about your host
I am a peace-loving nature person with a lot of heart. I run 2 guest rooms on my nostalgic farm. I live on my lovingly designed family farm with my loyal, good-natured dog Logo. I share this ambience with people who are looking for a place where they can leave everyday life "outside". You immerse yourself in a completely different, timeless and truly fabulous world at your vacation spot. The heart of this jewel is the spacious and playful garden, which offers many pleasant surprises. You are free to just arrive and do absolutely whatever you like.
The entire property is of course also free to use for various activities.

Terraces etc... All outdoor areas except balcony attic room are shared.
