Dominik's accommodation is located in Kleinotten, a small village in the middle of the Waldviertel.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the cozy Waldviertel cultural landscape, on the edge of a typical Anger village. The loft-like, modern accommodation offers full comfort and is the ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Zwettler region and the neighboring districts. This apartment is ideal for couples, but is also suitable for single travelers, business travelers and families (2 adults and 2-3 children). Baby and children's equipment available on request. We look forward to seeing you!

Due to our location on the outskirts of the village, we enjoy peace and quiet as well as good transport links. While the main road runs through Kleinotten at the narrowest point of the village, around 600m away, the peace-seeking eye can enjoy unobstructed, south-facing greenery from the front door of the vacation apartment. The south-facing veranda offers a year-round view of the forest and meadow. The twittering of birds, the buzzing of bees and the occasional clucking of chickens provide the acoustic backdrop for the eye-pleasing variety of shades of green.

Access for guests:
The parking lot is directly in front of the house.
The apartment can be reached by a few stairs via a nice garden path.

Transportation:
We recommend traveling by car or bike, as the public lines only run during school hours and even then very rarely.
There is a stop for the so-called "Waldviertelbus" lines within walking distance, which connect the district towns of Waidhofen and Zwettl along this route.

Cancellation: Full refund within a limited period of time
In order to receive a full refund of the accommodation costs, you must cancel your booking a full 5 days before the day of arrival.
If you as a guest cancel less than 5 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be due. In the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
