Brief description

A conscious hiking experience in nature is intended to help reduce negative stress. During the hike, you will find 20 stations with suggested stress-reduction activities.

Starting from the church in Gutenbrunn, you follow the signs to the forest edge with a beautiful view over the castle and the Habsburg manor houses. Then you continue towards Edlesberg and Edlesberger Lake. At the Stift houses, you reach the side path to the stone chapel and from there back to Gutenbrunn. A guide is available at the inns in Gutenbrunn.

Route description Anti-Stress Trail, No. 42

A conscious hiking experience in nature is designed to help you reduce negative stress. During the hike, you will encounter 20 stations with suggested stress-reduction activities. Starting from the church in Gutenbrunn, you follow the signs to the forest edge with a beautiful view over the castle and the Habsburg manor house. Then you continue towards Edlesberg and Edlesberger Pond. At the Stift houses, you reach the side path to the stone chapel. Afterwards, follow the signs back to Gutenbrunn. Sturdy footwear, functional clothing, sufficient sun and rain protection, map material, possibly telescopic poles, first aid kit (blister plasters), sufficient provisions (snack, muesli bars, fruit, water)
