Route description Lebensweg - Stage 1: Love of the parents - conception
Right at the beginning, it goes up a “holy” mountain. Whoever conquers the Peilstein has reached a real summit! The reward is a view into the high Waldviertel. Afterwards, the path follows the ridge, and for several kilometers it goes through forest outside the settlement area. Be sure to take enough provisions: The only catering point on this monster stage is the guesthouse “Rote Säge,” and after that, there are still several valleys and mountains ahead!
