Route description Hochfeldweg

From Kirchenplatz you walk past the castle towards the Edlesberg junction. Turn right and walk a gentle climb to the edge of the forest (passing the school, cemetery). Take the forest path parallel to the road and walk about 1 km to the isolated homestead. On the right a moderate climb to Hochfeld. Then you hike through a closed forest area (insider tip! – "mushroom picking") to the main road. After about 500 m, turn right towards Gutenbrunn, passing the building yard and the "glassworks" back to the starting point.
